Alpcot Agro beslutade på årsstämman att byta namn till Agrokultura AB. Namnbytet är en följd av att managementavtalet med Alpcot Capital Management upphör. Företaget har 254 000 hektar jordbruksmark under sin kontroll, varav 161 000 i Ryssland och 93 000 hektar i Ukraina.
